Expensely provides a software-as-a-service expense-tracking product, including web and mobile apps, OCR, voice entry, AI insights, multi-currency books and team collaboration features (the "Service").

The Service, including its design, code, models and trademarks, is owned by Expensely. You may use it only as permitted by these terms. We grant you no other rights.

Expensely is provided "as is". We do not provide accounting, legal or tax advice. AI insights are informational; you are responsible for the financial decisions you make. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Expensely against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, except where local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
