Pricing FAQ

Is the Free plan really free, or is it a trial?

It's permanent. No timer, no credit card, no auto-conversion. Hard daily caps keep us sustainable: 5 transactions, 1 OCR scan and 3 voice entries per day. For most solo users that's plenty; if you need more, Solo is $4.99/mo.

How does the Team seat math work?

$14.99/month gets you 5 seats. Adding a sixth seat costs $3.99/mo. A team of 8 pays $14.99 + (3 × $3.99) per month total. There is no annual lock-in.

What currency do you charge in?

Every plan is priced in USD. Our payment partner (Paddle) accepts cards and local payment methods worldwide and will show the total in your local currency at checkout for reference, but the underlying charge is USD.

What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?

Your data stays in your workspace and you can export it forever (CSV + PDF). Downgrading to Free re-enables the daily caps but never deletes history.

What if our team is larger than 50 people?

Team scales to ~50 users comfortably. For larger teams we work out custom pricing case-by-case (SSO, SCIM provisioning, signed DPA on request) — email [email protected].
